As older guests, we were impressed with the range of facilities offered at this hostel. The free wifi and computers with internet access were a great bonus, especially for staying connected with family and friends. The inclusion of a simple breakfast was much appreciated, as it provided a convenient start to our day of exploring. The privacy curtains on the beds added an extra level of comfort and helped us relax after a long day of sightseeing. The abundance of information about things to do in the city was invaluable in helping us plan our itinerary. Lastly, the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The shower stalls in the bathrooms are extremely small and can make it stressful to take a shower.

The basement offers a pleasant atmosphere, complete with a pool and table tennis. Guests can enjoy the bar and bring their own food. Breakfast is included and the mattresses are comfortable.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel in a safe and nice neighborhood. The location was great, with good access to public transport and plenty of amenities nearby. The staff at the reception provided good service and were very helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at Hillspring Lodge. The customer service was exceptional, and we were greeted with a warm welcome by the receptionist, Mila. The smaller rooms were surprisingly comfortable, with well-working showers and easy access to facilities. The breakfast was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was great. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked two things about this hotel. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay a pleasant one. the hotel's location was perfect for me as it was in a quiet residential area, ensuring a peaceful and safe environment. I enjoyed the fact that the hotel had an outside seating area, which was a great place to relax and unwind.

There were a couple of things that I didn't like about this hotel. there were too few charging options in the room, which meant I had to choose between using my small light or charging my phone.

The parking was ample, and the location was convenient, being close to the center and near bus stops and the Tube. The breakfast provided was delicious and a pleasant surprise. The hostel had a secure gated entry, which made me feel safe during my stay. the atmosphere was calming and the staff at reception were lovely. Check-in was quick and informative. I was pleasantly surprised that breakfast was included in the price, and it was a great way to start the day. the room was well-maintained, with comfortable wooden bunks and air conditioning. the cleanliness of the bathrooms, rooms, and common areas was impeccable. it was a fantastic experience.

One downside was that the kitchen was small and inconvenient to use, especially during the morning when it was being cleaned after breakfast. the limited kitchen equipment also meant that I had to give a deposit every time I wanted to cook.

Wifi was fab, beds were comfortable, breakfast was great, staff were super friendly and helpful, nice bar with happy hours, adequate kitchen.
